The next meeting of the Swindon Group of Diabetes UK will be held on Tuesday 4 September at 7.15pm at the Broadgreen Centre in Salisbury Street.

The theme will be the Diabetes UK book 100 Things I Wish I Had Known: Hints and Tips, which has been written by people with diabetes for people with diabetes.

Covering everything from going on holiday and eating out to exercise and relationships, the book is packed full of useful tips and handy hints for every part of life with diabetes.

Admission is free to any person interested in diabetes and its management.

A selection of information leaflets will be available, as will a number of diabetes reference books.

Light refreshments will be served.
